About The Position

FILIPPA K is a Swedish fashion brand founded in Stockholm in 1993. It offers womenswear and menswear staples and has an international presence, including 18 stores, around 200 wholesale partners, and e-commerce in more than 70 markets. Since 2025, FILIPPA K has been part of Scandinavian Heritage alongside Oscar Jacobson.

FILIPPA K is seeking an experienced Senior Pattern Maker to join its Product team for a temporary 18-month position. The role translates design concepts into well-crafted garments that meet the brand's fit and quality standards. Working closely with Design and Product Development, the Senior Pattern Maker drives pattern development from initial sketch through final approved fit.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker.
• Strong experience across all woven categories.
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and sewing.
• Proficient in Gerber.
• Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Independent, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
• Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

• CLO 3D experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine patterns across all woven categories.
• Ensure excellent fit, proportions, and garment construction.
• Lead fittings and drive improvements with Design and Product Development.
• Evaluate supplier samples and provide technical feedback.
• Work with Gerber, CLO 3D, and PLM systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.
