About The Position
Southside Church is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to lead them in their mission to make new disciples and welcome them into a congregation that is healthy and growing. The vision of the church is to “Bring HOPE to our world.” They are looking for a pastor who will help them reach individuals surrounding the church and in the larger community of Richland.

- M. Div. or equivalent
- Prior pastoral experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the Church / Congregation with respect to: teaching biblical truth, casting vision, equipping the Church, advancing the Church’s mission
- Lead the Staff by directing them in their management of all Church operations
- Responsible for additional exposition of Christian teaching
- Accountable to the Board
- With approval of the Board, responsible for hiring, determining the compensation of, and removing from service, any and all Church Staff, paid or unpaid
