Responsibilities

• Work alongside the lay elders to shepherd the flock of God at CrossWay.
• Be a consistent prayer warrior.
• Preach and plan the worship service on most Sundays.
• Teach on Wednesday evenings during the school year.
• Cultivate and display genuine love for our people.
• Be an example in personal evangelism.
• Perform administrative duties.
