As a Senior Parts Advisor you will: Assist retail customers and service technicians with accurate parts selection and pricing Manage daily operations of the parts counter, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow Oversee inventory control and profitability on dealership capital invested in parts Communicate parts availability, shipping estimates, and order status to customers and internal teams Provide expert support on OEM parts and accessories Accurately document all parts transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS) Monitor and achieve daily and monthly performance goals Support the Parts Manager with operational leadership and team coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts operations
  • Prior experience as a Parts Counterperson, Parts Advisor, or Assistant Parts Manager preferred
  • Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds and/or ADP/CDK systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Parts Counterperson, Parts Advisor, or Assistant Parts Manager preferred
