About The Position

BMW of Catonsville is revving up for growth, and we are immediately hiring a motivated, energetic Parts Runner to join our high-performance team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Parts & Service operations—supporting technician efficiency, keeping our shop running smoothly, and contributing directly to the best-in-class service experience our BMW clients expect. Hours/Schedule: 8:00 to 4:30 Mon thru Fri Compensation: $18.00 Per Hour

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and comfort with MS Office
• Basic knowledge of parts inventory; automotive counter/parts sales experience preferred
• High initiative with the ability to thrive in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Solid math skills and general computer/software proficiency

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and fill parts orders from stock
• Deliver parts quickly and efficiently to our service team
• Ensure all parts are properly tagged with customer names and job numbers
• Provide daily bin count updates to the Parts Manager
• Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock items or materials needing urgent attention
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom
• Assist with general housekeeping as needed
• Support the parts counter and driving duties when required
