About The Position

RevenueCat is the leading monetization platform for mobile applications, simplifying in-app subscriptions. Having grown significantly since its YC batch, RevenueCat is now a default choice for many developers, processing billions in annual purchase volume and assisting developers globally. The company operates as a remote-first organization with over 150 employees across more than 25 countries, adhering to core values of Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This role offers the opportunity to impact hundreds of millions of end-users and support app developers. The Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Ecosystem, will be responsible for developing and managing RevenueCat's technology partner ecosystem. This involves identifying key technology partnerships, deepening existing relationships, building new strategic alliances, prioritizing integration investments, and measuring the impact of the ecosystem. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate strategy into actionable execution. Success in this role is defined by strategic decision-making, effective execution of partnership plans, identification and development of new partnerships, prioritization of integrations, creation of scalable support models for partners, and measurable impact on the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Ability to make partnerships valuable after the agreement is signed, with experience building creative GTM strategies beyond standard webinars, events, and partner marketing.
  • Technically credible and commercially minded: ability to understand APIs, SDKs, technical documentation, and integrations to engage with Product, Engineering, and technical partner teams, while considering customer value, adoption, distribution, and revenue.
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction.
  • Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to get things shipped.

  • Experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or another technical SaaS ecosystem.
  • Understanding of how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate technical products.
  • Comfort with experimenting with new developer and AI tools to understand products and partnership opportunities firsthand.
  • Comfort working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using Notion, Slack, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem, deciding where to invest based on customer demand, adoption, strategic importance, commercial opportunity, and effort.
  • Turn the most important integrations into meaningful partnerships, owning and executing plans that go beyond the integration itself, including customer adoption, education, co-selling, incentives, and distribution.
  • Identify and build new strategic partnerships by spotting emerging ecosystem opportunities, building business cases, engaging companies, and launching new partnerships.
  • Help prioritize new integrations by building business cases based on customer demand, commercial opportunity, strategic value, and partner commitment.
  • Create a scalable model for the wider ecosystem, improving the evaluation and support of inbound integration requests.
  • Measure the impact of the ecosystem by defining and reporting metrics that show partnership value and guide future investment.
