We’re transforming specialty care through AI-driven operations. As our second Partnerships hire, we’re seeking a Director, Partnerships to help build the Partner programs, processes, and ecosystem that compound our growth. You’ll own part of the Partnerships ecosystem—building relationships with, nurturing, and ultimately driving pipeline for Assort’s sales team through strategic & channel partnerships. One week you’ll be working with private equity groups, the next you’ll be meeting with venture-backed startups who serve the same customer base, and the week after you’ll be negotiating a referral relationship with a healthcare consultant. We’re looking for a builder who is relationship-driven, knows how to execute while rallying cross-functional partners, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity. You’ll be a strong fit if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and know how to activate other teams on the partnerships you bring in. Success will be measured by pipeline and revenue driven by the partnerships you close and nurture. Location Preference: San Francisco ideal, open to remote.
