About The Position

Blossom Health exists to solve the mental health epidemic in America by partnering with psychiatrists to expand access to affordable, timely, clinically-effective mental healthcare. Our AI-native care platform is loved by hundreds of clinicians and thousands of patients. We are looking for a Founding Partnerships Lead, someone to own all strategic relationships at Blossom, including payors, health systems, and enterprise organizations. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
A strong bias for action - you don't wait to be told, you go ahead and do
Demonstrated success in a similar partnerships role at a tech-enabled clinical startup or related company
Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

New York City based candidates preferred, but open to remote candidates as well
Travel to partners is required as part of the role

Responsibilities

Lead partnerships at Blossom, building relationships with payors, health systems, physician groups, benefit aggregators, employers, NGOs, universities, and other enterprise-level organizations
You'll be both establishing new relationships as well as cultivating existing ones
Lead negotiations on commercial opportunities
Identify and gain agreement on win-win scenarios
