Requirements

  • At least 7 - 9 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or adjacent roles with demonstrated ownership of complex, non-standard deals.
  • Gaming, Technology, or Media industry experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Partnership & Negotiation: Experience structuring partnership deals with an understanding of incentives, risk, and long-term value creation.
  • Relationship Building & Partner Management: Strong ability to build trust and credibility with partners, even in net-new or unproven partnership models.
  • Ownership Mentality: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where progress requires persistence, creativity, and hands-on execution rather than predefined processes.
  • Cross Functional Leadership: Clear communicator who can translate between business, technical, and financial stakeholders.
  • Comfortable Operating in Ambiguity: Proven ability to create structure, alignment, and momentum in undefined problem spaces without relying on existing playbooks or predefined deal structures.

  • Content distribution and/or content licensing experience.
  • Experience working with Social Media, CTV, OTT, or Content Distribution platforms.
  • Understanding of the Creator & Influencer ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Partnerships Strategy: Act as a strategic thought partner to the business, helping define priorities, evaluate new partnership pillars, and pressure-test decisions across the portfolio.
  • Deal Sourcing and Execution: Source, qualify, and own a pipeline of first-of-kind and scalable partnership opportunities across multiple domains, from concept through execution.
  • Launch and Performance Ownership: Lead end-to-end partnership launches; defining partnership success metrics, owning post-launch performance, and making data-driven decisions to scale, restructure, or sunset partnerships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Execution: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Developer teams to drive alignment, resolve tradeoffs, and unblock execution across complex initiatives.
  • Partnership Operations and Infrastructure: Help design, implement, and scale the systems, processes, and infrastructure (e.g., Salesforce, reporting, deal tracking) required to operate a high-performing partnerships function.
  • Revenue Impact and Financial Modeling: Comfortable working in financial models to evaluate partnership economics and forecast revenue impact.
