Come drink some coffee with us! You'll be our first marketing hire, responsible for designing and executing campaigns that get our coffee machine in front of the right people—literally. Our core insight: physical product demos convert at incredibly high rates. Your job is to creatively drive demo opportunities at scale, on a lean budget. This isn't a "build awareness and see what happens in Q4" role. This is: design a campaign on Monday, launch it Wednesday, analyze results Friday, and iterate the following Monday. We're looking for someone who treats marketing like rapid product development—high creativity, fast cycles, data-informed iteration.
