About The Position

We’re excited to add a Senior Partnership Executive to our team to lead relationships and revenue growth for our largest carrier partners. As the primary relationship owner, you'll drive new and incremental revenue, negotiate high-impact commercial agreements, and advance integrations that support long-term scalability. In this role, you’ll function as a senior-level Account Executive, supported by a Partnership Executive who helps execute complex initiatives and workflows. This position reports to the AVP, National Partnerships, and is based remotely within the US, with travel up to 20%.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, account executive, or revenue-focused roles within employee benefits broker or carrier organizations
  • Proven success negotiating complex contracts and driving incremental revenue from enterprise accounts
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
  • Data-driven and commercially minded, with experience managing to revenue plans
  • Deep understanding of the employee benefits ecosystem, particularly carrier operations
  • Comfortable operating in evolving, fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own executive-level relationships with assigned carrier partners and serve as the multi-threaded relationship lead
  • Drive net-positive revenue growth through contract negotiation, pricing strategy, product, and broker expansion opportunities
  • Develop and manage account growth plans, ensuring performance against revenue targets and partner commitments
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including revenue-generating agreement renewal and amendments
  • Identify and pursue integration opportunities that increase volume, improve efficiency, and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Align internal stakeholders (Product, Client Experience, Ops, Data) to deliver on partner commitments and revenue goals
  • Forecast, track, and report on revenue performance and pipeline tied to assigned carrier partners
  • Represent ThreeFlow at executive forums, strategic reviews, and key industry engagements
