About The Position

This role offers hands-on experience in managing partnerships, creators, and growth channels within a fast-paced, digital-native environment. You will support the execution and optimisation of partnerships across affiliates, creators, streamers, sponsorships, and brand collaborations, helping to drive acquisition and engagement. Working closely with senior partnership and acquisition professionals, you’ll gain practical exposure to partner onboarding, campaign activation, and performance measurement. The position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, thrive in a data-driven marketing environment, and contribute to innovative growth initiatives. You will also assist in market research, competitor monitoring, and identifying new opportunities, all while maintaining smooth operational coordination across campaigns. This remote-first role allows you to be part of a global, collaborative team while building a strong foundation in partnership marketing and acquisition.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, partnerships, acquisition, or related roles.
  • Strong interest in partnership marketing, creator ecosystems, influencers, and growth channels.
  • Comfortable working with performance data, metrics, and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proactive, curious mindset with eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Interest in crypto, iGaming, esports, or creator ecosystems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, activation, and management of partnerships with creators, streamers, affiliates, and brands.
  • Assist in onboarding partners, coordinating tracking links, creatives, offers, and campaign execution.
  • Monitor partnership and acquisition performance, track metrics such as traffic, conversions, and engagement, and report on optimisations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain organised records, coordinate campaign timelines and assets, and ensure smooth internal handovers.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to test new partnership formats, creators, and acquisition strategies.
