Senior Partner Solutions Architect - Cloud Platform
About The Position
Atlassian is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect dedicated to Accenture, reporting to the Head of Partner Solutions - AMER. The role leads joint solutions architecture and co-innovation with Accenture, a premier Global Systems Integrator, helping enterprise customers use Atlassian Cloud, the Teamwork Graph, and Rovo / AI Platform to support digital transformation and enterprise workflows. The position focuses on developing differentiated, industry-specific offerings, proprietary IP, and advanced AI and Teamwork Graph integrations in collaboration with Accenture’s industry leads, practice directors, and enterprise architects. The Partner Solutions team spans solution architecture, applied AI and extensibility, enterprise work management, and strategic go-to-market execution. The role also supports partner technical capability building, enterprise co-selling, platform feedback, and reusable technical guidance for Accenture’s global delivery network.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, systems integration, or partner engineering, specifically working with or within Global Systems Integrators such as Accenture.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI patterns, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, prompt engineering, and autonomous or multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with graph data architectures, metadata modeling, entity mapping, and unifying fragmented data sources across enterprise systems.
- Hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven webhooks, and modern developer platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architectures, including SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, data residency, LLM privacy and security guardrails, and compliance standards across regulated industries.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex architectural concepts and quantify business value to C-suite leaders, practice directors, and managing directors.
- Drive to stay current with modern work management platforms, graph technologies, and agentic AI architectures.

- Experience with Atlassian Forge, AWS Lambda, or serverless runtimes.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture roadmap, capability strategy, and joint innovation initiatives with Accenture across AMER and global markets.
- Collaborate with Accenture practice leads to design, package, and bring to market repeatable offerings, industry vertical blueprints, and custom AI agents powered by Atlassian Rovo and the Teamwork Graph.
- Lead architectural design sessions, hackathons, and technical bootcamps for Accenture’s global practices, and establish benchmarks such as the AI Maturity Index to accelerate partner AI proficiency and practice scale.
- Guide Accenture architects in connecting client systems, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft 365, Slack, and GitHub, to Atlassian’s Teamwork Graph.
- Partner with Atlassian Enterprise Sales, Strategic Alliances, and Accenture account teams on enterprise deals to validate solution architectures, execute proofs of concept, and support co-delivery governance for large-scale transformations.
- Bridge Accenture engineering and consulting leads with Atlassian AI Platform, Teamwork Graph, and Forge product teams to influence platform capabilities.
- Author joint solution briefs, technical whitepapers, integration reference architectures, and reusable delivery playbooks for Accenture’s global delivery network.
