This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise outcomes while helping shape how this evolving capability takes form. This position plays a critical enterprise‑level advisory and delivery mandate, shaping how AltaGas designs its organizations, deploys talent, and evolves operating models to enable strategy execution, transformation, ERP modernization, and AI‑enabled ways of working. Operating as a senior individual contributor and trusted thought partner, the role works closely with executive leaders, functional heads, and the Director, Organization & Workforce Strategy to design fit‑for‑purpose structures, governance models, and workforce strategies with material implications for cost, risk, productivity, and execution effectiveness.
