  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, learning strategy, and enablement content creation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple global programs simultaneously.

  • Work with SMEs and Product Marketing to create on-demand and instructor-led certifications (sales and technical).
  • Manage certification calendars, assessments, and completion tracking.
  • Guide partners through the creation of a 12-month success plan, integrating revenue goals, enablement milestones, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to measure progress against plan KPIs.
  • Develop advanced training paths and specializations (deployment, integration, solution areas).
  • Build reinforcement tools (microlearning, labs, advanced workshops) to ensure continuous learning.
  • Manage the enablement content lifecycle — design, delivery, and refresh cycles.

  • Act as the liaison between Partner Management, Product Marketing, Technical Enablement, and Operations for unified execution.
  • Maintain the master calendar for ILT/VILT courses, bootcamps, and certifications.
  • Source, brief, and manage facilitators, ensuring delivery quality and engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics including scheduling, learner communications, LMS enrollment, and post-session surveys.
  • Drive participation, track attendance and completion, and analyze learner progress across all RevLAB stages.
