About The Position

StubHub is seeking a Contract Senior Paralegal to be located in StubHub’s Atlanta, Georgia office. The position will report to StubHub’s NorAm Legal Department but will work closely with all of the members of the Legal Department, outside counsel and internal corporate clients. This role involves managing various legal tasks including litigation, corporate filings, contract management, and legal operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in these areas and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of highly successful paralegal work, with experience in litigation, contracts, corporate filings, legal ops or other relevant in-house experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to create workflows, follow directions, and communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders.
  • High personal standards of excellence and sound judgment.
  • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) with individuals external and internal to the company at all levels in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Strong service orientation, sense of accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, and preferably PowerPoint).
  • Experience with contract management tools like Docusign CLM.
  • College degree.
  • High energy and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working at trial or arbitration proceedings preferred.
  • Notary Public certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of litigation, including litigation holds, discovery, e-filing, responding to subpoenas, and trial preparation.
  • Handle standard user disputes, including small claims, arbitration, settlement negotiations, and customer interaction.
  • Maintain and update standard litigation and arbitration forms, settlement agreement templates, and response letters.
  • Coordinate with external entities such as courts, government agencies, expert witnesses, and other law firms.
  • Manage corporate agents and legal representatives globally.
  • Obtain notarizations, apostilles, legalized documents, certified copies, and corporate filings.
  • Liaise with outside counsel for filings and provide necessary information from other departments.
  • Prepare worldwide corporate structure charts and subsidiary lists.
  • Support special corporate projects, compliance inquiries, and administrative matters.
  • File for licenses and support the government relations team.
  • Compare vendor contracts with internal guidelines and prior contracts, highlighting inconsistencies.
  • Prepare initial drafts of form contracts and support periodic updates and distribution of contract templates.
  • Support contract finalization, including maintaining signature authority and obtaining electronic and counterpart signatures.
  • Communicate department processes to business stakeholders and contract requestors.
  • Upload contracts into a database and maintain the database.
  • Assist in developing and managing the legal budget, and review/process invoices from outside law firms and vendors.
  • Provide project management assistance on Legal Department initiatives.
  • Manage approval and signature processes for legal documents.
  • Organize, track, and file documents using electronic tools/databases.
