Overview The Senior Paralegal function plays a critical role in supporting the company's commercial contracting activities. This individual will work closely with attorneys, business teams including sales, revenue operations and finance to review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements. The Senior Paralegal will ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements and will help to drive efficiency in the contract processes in support of business objectives. This position is full-time in the office and based in one of our major East Coast offices: Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA or Arlington, VA.
