About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer to fully own and scale Javvy’s TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Snapchat ads. You’ll drive profitable new customer acquisition by executing hands-on media buying with precision, discipline, and results—while collaborating with our creative and growth teams. This is not a strategy-only role—you’ll be in the trenches: manually launching ads, analyzing data, pushing budgets, and grinding through the work to deliver results. But it’s also a senior role: you’ll own testing frameworks, campaign infrastructure, and funnel reporting while working closely with top performance marketers to grow into greater ownership.

Requirements

Have personally managed $30k+/day in spend on TikTok AND another major platform
Experience scaling on Meta is required.
Are analytical to the core—data-driven, results-oriented, obsessed with performance
Have relentless hustle—willing to grind, check accounts nights/weekends, and constantly push for more. Ambition
Have sharp attention to detail and disciplined execution
Are systems-oriented but hands-on—willing to do the grunt work of ad launches and optimizations yourself
Are coachable and collaborative
Have a growth mindset and are a perpetual learner—constantly improving your craft
Understand e-commerce funnels and creative—able to identify what makes ads convert
Must work US EST hours

Nice To Haves

Snapchat & Pinterest experience is a plus. You will be managing these platforms.

Responsibilities

Own and scale TikTok International, Pinterest, and Snapchat campaigns end-to-end
Support other media buyers with high-volume creative launches and ad optimizations (500+ ads per week), executed manually with zero errors in setup, targeting, or budgets
Build and run creative testing frameworks to find hooks, angles, and formats that scale profitably
Manage full campaign infrastructure: audiences, bidding (CBO/ABO), segmentation, and budget pacing
Analyze daily performance data (Northbeam, GA4, dashboards) to drive CAC efficiency and scaling decisions
Track and report funnel performance across creative, landing pages, copy, and influencer campaigns
Deliver actionable creative feedback based on performance patterns
Collaborate closely with growth and creative teams while owning results
Relentlessly monitor and adjust campaigns—including nights and weekends—to maximize performance
