About The Position

The Razorfish team is seeking a Media Planner to join our paid social team in our Seattle Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
• 2-3 years of hands-on-keyboard paid social experience in multiple social platforms, specifically TikTok and Meta
• Knowledge of major and emerging social channels and a passion for the social media marketing space
• Experience in the social campaign trafficking process (pre-launch)
• Strong familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms
• Demonstrable experience working on enterprise level paid social media accounts with large budgets
• Process-oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time, and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly; keen eye for detail also required
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, environment

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid social media plans; is responsible for results analysis and campaign maintenance
• Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social and native advertising campaigns for assigned client(s), including coordination of assets, budget management, and reporting
• Maintain and optimize campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
• Play a key role in strategy development across primary social partners, maintaining proven relationships and bringing new ideas to the table
• Analyzing and reporting data on a daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly & ad-hoc basis
