About The Position

TurboTenant is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to be a key player in their growth strategy. This role involves driving high-quality growth through strategic, analytical, and creative paid search campaigns, focusing on building the nation's best community of landlords. The position goes beyond budget management to transforming data into a competitive advantage and fostering operational excellence within the Performance Marketing team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience owning Paid Search specifically for B2C companies, with a proven track record of driving profitable revenue and user acquisition.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling and managing monthly budgets in excess of $300k.
  • A passion for clear, concise communication that is consistently backed by data. You can own the accuracy of channel data and build complex analyses.
  • A collaborative spirit and a willingness to test new ideas, learn from results, and proactively work cross-functionally to drive feature adoption.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and offline conversion imports.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Utilizing AI tools (like Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT) to accelerate productivity, copy testing, and data analysis.
  • Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for custom event tracking and conversion setup.
  • Hands-on experience in residential real estate as a landlord, investor, real estate agent, leasing agent, or community manager is a major plus!

Responsibilities

  • Fully own, administer, and manage TurboTenant’s entire Google and Bing Ad ecosystem across multiple brands, focusing relentlessly on driving profitable new user signups and customer acquisition.
  • Lead in-depth campaign expansion and testing. Optimize bidding algorithms, ad copy, and quality scores, while expanding keywords to efficiently scale budgets and hit company-wide growth goals.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to identify new opportunities, refine lead loops, and better understand the needs of landlords and tenants to optimize every conversion.
  • Partner directly with Google and Bing representatives to secure custom reporting and gain access to exclusive beta programs. Translate complex channel data into clear insights that explain how paid search impacts the broader business.
