Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a sales development role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, especially with outbound outreach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable messages.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to quickly adapt messaging to various industries, roles, and stages of the sales cycle and articulate the value proposition of our platform as well as key customer stories.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship experience, with the ability to inspire and guide junior team members.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective at prospect planning & understanding how to collaborate effectively with their respective AEs;
  • Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of CRM systems, sales outreach platforms, and social media tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with a strong ability to overcome obstacles and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Coachable and has a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research on targeted accounts to identify key contacts and roles that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  • Utilize Salesforce to create, manage, and analyze account lists, re-engaging stale leads and driving them back into the sales funnel.
  • Lead a dedicated outbound account sequence, incorporating multi-channel communication methods including calls, emails, video, and social media.
  • Mentor and guide junior SDRs, sharing best practices and ensuring high standards of outreach and communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, SDR, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of goals.
  • Maintain impeccable data hygiene within Salesforce CRM, ensuring all client interactions and details are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Transition qualified leads to Account Executives (AEs) smoothly, providing detailed context to ensure a seamless continuation of the sales process.
  • Master our tech stack, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Gong and other tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve outreach strategies based on insights and feedback.
