About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Oracle SaaS & PaaS Tech Lead with 15+ years of experience to act as the single point of technical accountability for Oracle delivery onsite. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP / SCM / PPM / HCM / Payroll
  • Hands-on experience with OIC Gen3, ATP, BI Publisher, OCI, VBCS, PCS/OPA, PL/SQL, SQL, REST/SOAP
  • Strong communication, ownership & structured stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of technical accountability for Oracle delivery onsite.
  • Owns end-to-end delivery, builds/debugs OIC, BIP, PL/SQL & web services.
  • Validates offshore output & enforces design/quality standards.
  • Manages triage, RCA, SLA resolution & converts recurring issues into permanent fixes.
  • Acts as onsite-offshore bridge; mentors team, documents knowledge & ensures role-based security.
