About The Position

This role is for a Senior Oracle EPM Functional Lead responsible for managing incidents and support requests for a portfolio of corporate EPM applications. The position involves reviewing and triaging business requests, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolutions with technical teams. The lead will gather and document functional requirements, translate business needs into functional design specifications, and manage application enhancement requests. Key responsibilities include supporting Oracle Planning/EPBCS, PCM, and EDMCS functionality, troubleshooting various application issues, managing functional access, and creating/maintaining design documents and training materials. The role also requires partnering with Finance Transformation workstreams to align EPM changes with business priorities.

Requirements

Oracle EPM experience, including Planning/EPBCS.
Oracle PCM experience.
Functional experience implementing, managing, or supporting EPM applications.
Strong Finance and FP&A experience, including G&A planning and reporting.
ServiceNow experience managing requests, incidents, and intake processes.
Experience with incident management, requirements intake, enhancement management, and access management.
SQL experience for data validation and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day direction.
Prior experience supporting Oracle EPM applications in a functional role.
Strong understanding of FP&A planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Experience supporting G&A planning and reporting.
Experience working with ServiceNow-based request and incident processes.
Strong communication skills when working with Finance users and technical support teams.

Experience designing consolidation and labor planning solutions in EPM.
Advanced SQL experience.
Oracle EPM implementation experience.

Responsibilities

Manage incidents and support requests for a portfolio of corporate EPM applications.
Review, evaluate, and triage incoming business requests and issues.
Identify functional versus technical root causes and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
Gather, document, and prioritize FP&A and G&A functional requirements.
Translate business needs into functional design specifications.
Manage application enhancement requests through completion.
Support Oracle Planning/EPBCS, PCM, and EDMCS functionality.
Troubleshoot data, metadata, calculation logic, security, and process issues.
Support functional access management, provisioning requests, and periodic access reviews.
Create and maintain design documents, configuration decisions, requirements traceability, test scripts, and UAT materials.
Develop and deliver Finance user training, job aids, working sessions, and office hours.
Partner with Finance Transformation workstreams to align EPM changes with broader business priorities.
