About The Position

The Senior Operator role is a challenging opportunity for an individual interested in the set-up and operation of equipment, tools, machinery, and complex equipment in order to prepare and assemble product ensuring all product meets quality standards; serve as a resource to others in resolution of complex problems and work tasks that reflect substantial variety and complexity; have job skill mastery and willingness to flex between work cells and value streams.

Requirements

• Highly skilled at reading MO’s, travelers and drawings
• Ability to work alone or with a team
• Self-Motivated

• Good communication skills and can communicate with other functions

Responsibilities

• Set- up and operate equipment, tools, machinery, and complex equipment to prepare and assemble product ensuring all product meets quality standards.
• Serve as a resource to others in resolution of complex problems and issues and work on tasks that reflect substantial variety and complexity.
• May orient, train, and review the work of other team members.
• Follows standard processes and procedures
• Job skills mastery and willingness to flex between work cells/ value streams.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Models WW Principles, Behaviors and Values
