About The Position

At WM, the Senior, Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental Managers, and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues, maintaining and distributing department-related information daily, communicating with other supervisors and managers on operational matters, maintaining the office, and acting as a proxy for KRONOS for all daily updates for drivers and helpers. The specialist will use Microsoft Suite and additional software tools to manage daily tasks such as procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor. They will also assist with processing payments and other financial tasks, aid in the implementation of operational projects, communicate with customers about service issues, and communicate with employees about scheduling and work assignments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located

Responsibilities
