Aldrich CPAs + Advisors is seeking a proactive, highly organized Senior Operations Specialist to support firm leadership and help drive efficient day-to-day operations across multiple service lines. This fully onsite role plays a key part in keeping priorities organized, operations running smoothly, and leadership teams supported in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, communications, and operational processes while helping ensure timely follow-through on key initiatives and administrative functions. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and administrative processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and follow through consistently
  • Team-oriented approach with a willingness to support evolving business needs
  • Previous administrative, operations, or coordination experience

Responsibilities

  • Support senior firm leaders by managing calendars, scheduling, and operational priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Help drive efficient day-to-day operations across multiple service lines
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate meetings, communications, and firm initiatives
  • Manage and maintain internal systems, shared resources, and operational tracking tools
  • Support operational projects through scheduling, coordination, and follow-through
  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment where organization and initiative are highly valued
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships while supporting leadership and team success
