Senior Operations Process Engineer

NVIDIA•Santa Clara, CA
•$136,000 - $276,000

About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Process Engineer to drive product identification, labeling, manufacturing readiness, and product configuration processes for data center products throughout their lifecycle. The role combines expertise in labeling and product identification with responsibilities across product lifecycle management (PLM), configuration management, customer requirements, and process optimization. The engineer works across engineering, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to translate complex product requirements into accurate, scalable, executable processes. The position develops, releases, and maintains product labeling and identification specifications across new product introduction (NPI), mass production, and sustaining phases. It partners with industrial design, mechanical engineering, board layout, manufacturing, and suppliers to define label placement, materials, specifications, and implementation requirements; develops OEM label customization materials; and supports customer and CPM engagements for product launches. The role also supports first article inspection (FAI) and NPI, product configuration and bill of materials (BOM) accuracy in PLM systems, and barcode validation against applicable ISO standards and corporate requirements. It identifies operational and PLM process inefficiencies and drives improvements through standardization, automation, and better use of system capabilities. The expected base salary is $136,000–$218,500 for Level 4 or $176,000–$276,000 for Level 5, determined by location, experience, and other objective job-related factors. The position is eligible for equity and benefits. Applications will be accepted at least until November 6, 2026. This posting is for an existing vacancy. NVIDIA uses AI tools in its recruiting processes and is an equal opportunity employer.
