This role is for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist who will be responsible for creating and optimizing marketing workflows, including email programs and lead nurturing campaigns. A key aspect of the role involves managing the Marketing Technology stack, which includes tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, and Qualified, ensuring their proper integration and troubleshooting any issues. The specialist will also track and measure marketing campaign performance, using data to identify effective strategies and recommend improvements. Collaboration and effective communication with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and sales operations are essential to ensure successful marketing campaigns and to understand team needs for enhanced effectiveness. The position is based five days a week in the La Jolla, CA office, with a hybrid model allowing for two days of remote work.
