About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and support multiple staffing operations within a defined region. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, revenue growth, and client satisfaction while partnering with leadership to execute business strategies and expand market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years managing operations within a staffing or workforce solutions environment.
  • Experience leading teams across both sales and recruitment functions.
  • Strong understanding of staffing operations, client management, and business development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring performance, productivity, and profitability goals are met.
  • Lead, coach, and support branch-level teams, including sales and recruiting staff, to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and securing key clients.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and execute strategies that strengthen market position and competitive advantage.
  • Support the growth of operations by identifying opportunities to expand services and geographic reach.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track progress against goals, and implement improvements where needed.
  • Manage vendor and client relationships, ensuring alignment with service expectations and delivery standards.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members across sales and recruiting functions.
  • Provide guidance and support to resolve complex client or employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and organizational standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
