About The Position

The CRO Resource Specialist is responsible for preparing and maintaining staffing schedules for assigned departments/units, managing time and attendance for department/unit personnel, and partnering with the Department/Unit Manager to adjust staffing needs. Requirements

• Associate's Degree in business, healthcare or related field --or-- Equivalent education from a college or technical school --or-- 1 year of experience in a similar or related field
• 1 year of experience with staffing, scheduling and/or timekeeping

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of familiarity with electronic scheduling systems such as Shift wise and Kronos software
• 1 year of basic knowledge of medical terminology
• 1 year of customer service experience
