About The Position

The Senior Operations Manager – Sleep Services is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership, performance management, and regulatory oversight of sleep lab services across the Charleston division. This role directly manages operations for Charleston and Shawn Jenkins, while providing structured oversight for Orangeburg and Bluffton locations. This position is highly execution-focused and accountable for stabilizing operations, strengthening supervisory leadership, enforcing policy adherence, optimizing staffing models, and improving quality and financial performance. The Senior Operations Manager serves as the operational leader for the division and works in close partnership with the Executive Director to ensure strategic priorities are effectively implemented at the site level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
  • RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in sleep services or related clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site healthcare operations.
  • Proven success in leading underperforming teams and improving operational outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of sleep medicine operations, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
  • Experience in academic medical center or complex healthcare system.
  • Experience leading recruitment and workforce stabilization initiatives.
