Ingram Micro is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Operations to lead our Reverse Logistics division in Hebron, KY—a critical role focused on returns processing, refurbishment, and sustainable value recovery. Requirements

  • Proven ability to motivate teams, build trust, and create an inclusive, positive work environment.
  • Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis within operations.
  • 8+ years in operations management, with at least 5 years in reverse logistics or related fields.
  • Track record of developing talent and managing through subordinate managers.
  • Skilled in implementing operational strategies and driving change.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Expertise in reverse logistics, sustainability, and process optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels.
  • Must be prepared to pass a drug test and successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of returned product flow—inspection, testing, repair, repackaging, and storage—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Build a high-performing, engaged team by fostering collaboration, accountability, and a sense of purpose. Your leadership will turn a challenging environment into a thriving, positive workplace.
  • Own P&L responsibility for the reverse logistics operation, ensuring cost control, budget adherence, and profitability targets are met.
  • Implement best practices for sustainability, cost reduction, and operational efficiency while maximizing warehouse space utilization.
  • Influence operational plans and strategies that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and enhance value recovery.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives that elevate performance and employee engagement.
