The Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) role is an advanced leadership development program at BioLife Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. This program is designed for senior leaders interested in developing new skills and advancing their careers. Trainees will travel up to 95% of the time to learn the business, network with leaders, and prepare for accelerated career growth. The role involves motivating diverse teams, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, supporting development, participating in staff planning and recruiting, and engaging/retaining employees. Trainees will also work towards obtaining a Plasma Center Operations Manager position through networking and relationship building. Opportunities exist to open and operate new plasma centers. The role requires providing operational support, conducting management training, problem-solving, and communicating with senior management in a fast-paced, team environment. Creating a positive donor experience to retain donors is also a key aspect, with potential assistance in production. Travel opportunities allow learning from and networking with BioLife team members across the country, with the ability to return home every other weekend.
