The Senior Operations Initiative Lead role is responsible for representing Client Acquisition & Service operational teams on initiatives aligned with the Insurance & Operations strategy. This role acts as the primary point of contact between Operations and Digital Delivery and other business partners to ensure desired outcomes are clearly understood and achieved. They will utilize operational, product and process knowledge to lead initiatives by collaborating with designated subject matter experts to contribute to the vision, design, and implementation of initiatives to achieve Operational Excellence. They will present findings, process impacts, identify business requirements, and share alternatives to improve quality, customer satisfaction, employee experience and cost performance. This role holds a senior level of trust and authority to make recommendations and decisions on behalf of, or in conjunction with Operations Process Owners and Operations Leaders and presents opportunities to achieve career goals and objectives.
