About The Position

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative and fast-moving team that provides financial and business-driven insights to support strategic decisions across the organization. You’ll dive deep into financial performance, operational data, and cross-functional initiatives to help leaders understand the impact of projects, systems, and business activities. Your work will support the development of long-range strategic plans and drive meaningful recommendations that move the business forward. Every day brings new opportunities to apply analytical thinking, build partnerships with stakeholders, and create clarity from complex data. You’ll prepare detailed work plans, conduct research, evaluate options, and deliver reporting that informs decision-making at multiple levels. This role also plays a key part in supporting departmental budgeting, reviewing performance against plan, and shaping processes and performance measures that strengthen business operations. Requirements

  • MBA degree plus 2 years of Finance or Accounting, Military, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Gallo Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Intermediate MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Required to travel between operations sites within California as needed.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Required to be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA degree plus 4 years of Finance, Accounting, Military, Operations, Business, or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels or responsibility OR Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance plus 6 years of Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Cost Accounting or Manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with SAP or Outlook Soft.
  • Experience interpreting technical data, financial reports, and complex instructions; demonstrates ability to present to senior leadership and work with abstract and concrete variables.
