About The Position

Entegris is seeking a Senior Operations Finance Analyst to join our Finance team , in support of our Global Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality (GOSCQ) organization. This position will be based at our Billerica, MA facility. If hired, you will partner with the global Procurement leadership team to establish and achieve financial plans and work on global strategic projects. Additionally, you will be a key source of information for Product Managers and Division Finance, helping them to manage cost and achieve profitability goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience preferred
  • Experience in a Financial Analyst or Accounting role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge base around the generally accepted accounting principals (GAAP) in the US
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic global environment.
  • Confidence to communicate opinions to, and influence decisions of diverse business partners in various geographies
  • Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude.
  • Strong communication (written and oral), ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners.
  • Competence in dealing with very confidential data and information.
  • Ability to work outside of typical hours to support team members in Asia and EMEA regions

Nice To Haves

  • Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other relevant systems a plus
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business: Partner with Global Procurement team to identify, execute, and track cost saving initiatives and inflation risks.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on new business opportunities and provide analyses related to cost and gross margin.
  • Educate colleagues on financial concepts and accounting principles.
  • Partner with Global Operations, Supply Chain and Quality (GOSCQ) team to ensure all financial controls are properly executed.
  • Complete miscellaneous task as assigned to support the overall organization
  • Report, Analyze Data, and Provide System Support: Collaborate with cross functional, global personnel to complete key reporting and product standard cost inputs.
  • Analyze the impact of changes in business conditions and communicate the impact on cost structure and profitability.
  • Develop and demonstrate a high skill level in the use of financial systems.
  • Ensure that the structure of reporting, analysis and financial-related processes align to established processes and procedures
  • Ensure data integrity and documentation in appropriate systems
  • Plan and Forecast: Support the quarterly forecast, annual operating, and long-range strategic plan processes.
  • Lead in preparing and inputting budget and forecasts.
  • Participate in the annual process for establishing product standard cost in ERP system (SAP); lead the purchased material price setting process.
  • Compare financial projections to plans and recommend strategic changes as appropriate.
