Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field of study from an accreditity institution. Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing finance operations experience Experience in supporting finance operations to enhance productivity and efficiency for a business, group, or product line. Must be able to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders to ensure that financial insights are understood and acted upon by the operations team. Must be proficient in English and Spanish. Must be willing to relocate to El Paso TX. Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed Employment Sponsorship will also be provided, if needed. Masters or MBA Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing finance operations experience, including partnering with leaders to achieve successful outcomes focused on strategic planning and business partnerships at the senior leadership level. Computer skills including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power BI Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle/SAP/ Encore / MAPICs) is a plus. Progressive experience in finance-related roles with an emphasis on manufacturing operations. Demonstrated success in leading financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and cost management initiatives. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially supply chain and operations, to achieve objectives. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering collaboration Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders to ensure that financial insights are understood and acted upon by the operations team.
