Position Summary: Responsible for managing cross-functional and/or inter-departmental change for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Provides analytical support for change initiatives through regular prescribed routines. Responsible for contributions to the design, development and completion of deliverables and documentation. Oversees change initiatives, using appropriate tools to drive completion, and serving as a secondary point of contact to department leads. Typically 1- 3 years of project or change management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support for change initiatives through regular prescribed routines.
  • Make contributions to the design, development and timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Coordinates with the business to support defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses
  • Maintain documentation, prepare meeting decks, document minutes, track action items, and frame the benefits of a project in terms that are meaningful to the audience.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
  • Identify gaps, track progress, ensure quality standards, and support adherence to enterprise change management standards and governance frameworks.
  • Support planning, risk identification and issue resolution throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Supports partnerships to create impact and provide direction and guidance to internal teams
  • Performs risk management activities to minimize risks
