About The Position

This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment. This role focuses on account setup and service add ons for ACH, enabling Bank of America treasury clients to send and receive electronic payments through the platform. The role is operational and involves significant data input, process work, and coordination with internal teams rather than direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
  • Manages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
  • Consults on procedural, technical, and operational changes
  • Advances business products knowledge within operations environment
  • Fosters relationships with partners and teammates
  • Inspects data to identify issues and trends
  • Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status
  • Sets up ACH originations and related services
  • Processes requests submitted by internal associates (IA) for GFS or OBA service setup
  • Navigates multiple internal systems to complete setup tasks accurately
  • Reviews and organizes documentation related to ACH originations
  • Performs detailed data entry, including verification of names, account numbers, and other critical information
  • Conducts extensive copy‑and‑paste work while maintaining accuracy
  • Supports internal associates primarily via email, with occasional phone communication
  • Participates in testing activities as needed, including setting up transmission requests
  • Ensures all completed packages are verified through Quality Control (QC)
