About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Senior Operational Compliance Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing operational compliance across a broad range of non-clinical and regulatory functions, including occupational health and safety, state Department of Insurance and Office of Insurance Regulation requirements, corporate procurement card usage, monthly Office of Inspector General (OIG) sanction screenings for team members and vendors, professional license verifications, and adherence to internal policies and procedures. Applies strong business principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal audit standards to evaluate operational effectiveness, analyze findings, and support the planning, execution, and implementation of audits, corrective actions, and administrative initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience within a skilled nursing, healthcare compliance, audit, or regulatory environment, with extensive knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements, operational policies and procedures, and healthcare compliance practices
  • Professional certifications in healthcare compliance, auditing, or related disciplines (preferred)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
