Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or sciences.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital sales.
  • Ability to engage in complex discussions on patient and disease management, establish networks, influence through these networks, and understand the provincial healthcare system and drug reimbursement environment.
  • Skills in strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in office technologies and digital engagement.
  • Proficiency in French is required.
  • Ability to occasionally travel outside your territory (10%) - head office, conferences etc
  • Valid Driving License

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and business objectives in the designated territory.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key oncology clients, including those associated with academic and community cancer centers, to promote product adoption and ensure their optimal use in healthcare facilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address healthcare gaps, ensure accessibility to cancer genetic testing, and contribute to the design of care pathways.
  • Maintain expertise in relevant oncology fields, staying up-to-date on the landscape of cancer genetic and molecular testing, and aligning strategies with brand priorities.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, prioritizing client needs and satisfaction while promoting our products.
  • Represent our company and partners in a complex commercial environment shaped by competitive activities, legislation, hospital practices, and technological developments.
