About The Position

Celonis is seeking an (Senior) Onboarding Sales Enablement Manager to build and refine a new world-class onboarding engine that translates complex process analytics into repeatable sales success. This role will serve as the architect of a new Account Executive’s first 90 days, ensuring they decrease time-to-productivity and possess the skills, product knowledge, and confidence required to achieve their quotas. • Familiarity with modern enablement tech stacks (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, or modern LMS platforms).
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to key locations where in-person training sessions are conducted (primarily Munich and the US East Coast).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish is an advantage.

  • Embed Sales Methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) seamlessly into the onboarding curriculum.
  • Facilitate & Coach: Lead high-impact live training sessions, workshops, boot camps, and role-play certifications focused on discovery, pitching, and negotiation.
  • Measure & Iterate: Define, track, and report on key onboarding metrics, such as time-to-first-deal and core competency milestones, leveraging data to constantly refine the program.
  • Collaborate Across GTM: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to align onboarding content with shifting business goals.
  • Stay current on the Celonis product, use cases, and value proposition to know what “good” looks like and align the enablement accordingly.
