Provides primary operational support with a strong focus on shipping, receiving, and logistics within a high-volume printing and production environment. Key responsibilities include preparing, packing, labeling, shipping, and receiving printed materials, finished products, and supplies while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with shipping requirements. Supports print and production operations by operating high-volume duplicating and production equipment as needed, assisting with sorting, finishing, bindery support, quality control (QC), and final product checks prior to shipment. Coordinates outgoing shipments, tracks deliveries, manages courier and freight interactions, applies appropriate postage, and handles incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes. Responsible for organizing, staging, and distributing materials throughout the site, maintaining shipping documentation, inventory accuracy, and a clean, safe work environment. May perform routine equipment maintenance or basic troubleshooting on production and finishing equipment. Additional duties include bindery support, QC and final inspections, file and document services, customer service functions, and reception coverage as needed. Due to the higher level of professionalism, communication, and customer interaction required—including occasional front-desk or telephone coverage—employees performing this role are classified as Senior On-Site Services Specialists. This position reports directly to the Site Manager.
