Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work
Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented
Strong computer and technology skills

Responsibilities

Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across the philanthropy team using various computer systems and applications.
Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff.
Plan, organize, and execute meetings, small scale events, and educational sessions, managing all logistics, timelines, and confidential information to ensure successful outcomes
