The Senior Occupational Therapist (O.T.) assesses, plans, organizes and participates in the rehabilitative program for developmentally, mentally, emotionally and physically disabled people. The primary function is to assist in restoring and improving the patient’s ability to live an independent and fulfilling lifestyle by teaching activities of daily living (ADL) and work skills. Mentors less experienced rehabilitation staff.
