About The Position

Under the supervision of the Director, this role provides clinical and administrative support to staff delivering direct and indirect patient care within a specific unit or units. The Senior Nurse Manager is responsible on a 24-hour basis for the programmatic, operational, and financial management of the assigned unit, focusing on quality, safety, patient experience, and financial oversight. This role includes interviewing, hiring, assigning work, and evaluating the performance of supervised employees. The position requires performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of FL
  • 3 years' experience as an RN

Responsibilities
