About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Network Architect to lead strategic planning and execution of large-scale telecom build programs including 5G, fiber, and RAN transformation.

Requirements

• 12–18+ years in telecom (Network Planning, Deployment, Engineering, Program Management)
• Proven leadership in large-scale network build programs (5G, fiber, RAN transformation)
• Deep understanding of network architecture: RAN, Core, Transport
• Hands-on program & portfolio management experience with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution across engineering, vendors, and operations
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or Telecommunications (MBA preferred)
• Work Authorization: H1B / USC / GC
