About The Position

You will design, maintain, implement, and troubleshoot our clients' networks. You will work in a collaborative environment to provide cutting-edge solutions and customer service.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an engineering-related field or equivalent work experience
CCNP/JNCIP or Equivalent required
5-10 years’ experience in Information Technology
Experience with leading the design and delivery of network projects.
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Experience with the creation and maintenance of documentation such as operating procedures and network diagrams.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time, priority, and task management skills.
Experience working within ITIL framework
Project management/technical leadership

Responsibilities

Lead planning and field installation efforts for network initiatives and triage/delegate tasks to supporting engineers
Support day-to-day operational needs for customer infrastructure, including network infrastructure and on-site requirements
Facilitate technical support case escalation and resolution
Customer documentation updates and management
Scope work and create change requests for non-standard work
Implement projects as requested by the customer
Provide on-site support where needed
Serve as senior field resource for on-site troubleshooting, installations, and technical deployments
Seek to identify new opportunities to enhance customer infrastructure in ways that demonstrate true value to the customer's needs
Perform on-call rotation support for assigned customers
Proactively seek to identify, address, and resolve issues that can result in operational impact or failure
Support day-to-day configuration management
Coordinate logistics for equipment deployment, inventory management, and field resource scheduling
Attend the regularly scheduled team meeting to ensure that work is laid out and set up for proper execution
Work with Project Managers to ensure that deadlines and customer expectations are being met
