About The Position
DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Senior Network Engineer with expertise in enterprise networking solutions. This individual will lead medium to large networking engagements while mentoring engineers and serving as a senior technical resource. The ideal candidate has experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco networking technologies and enjoys helping customers modernize their network infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years focused on enterprise networking.
- Experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
- Experience with switching, routing, wireless, and troubleshooting.
- Experience performing migrations and infrastructure refresh projects.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
- PowerShell, Python, or automation experience preferred.
- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise network solutions.
- Lead medium to large customer engagements.
- Perform network assessments, health checks, upgrades, and remediation activities.
- Create implementation plans and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex wired, wireless, routing, and switching issues.
