Requirements

At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies and network systems.
Practical experience in Microsoft Server Systems, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra.
Ability to understand network protocols, hardware, and software.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
Creative thinker and problem solver.
Ability to communicate technical information both verbal and written.
Ability to comprehend technical manuals and procedural documentation.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

CCNA, CCNP, Network + or Security + certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain IT Infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Develop and implement plans for network monitoring, expansion, and disaster recovery.
Secure systems with relevant standards and regulations for compliance.
Respond and route technical issues for the Network Operations Center (NOC).
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
Provide help desk support and proper route requiring escalations to appropriate teams.
Evaluate technology risks and effectively communicate them.
Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
Support IT operational projects.
